Central Payment Corporations' Shipping and Return Policy

Central Payment Corporation (CPC) online ordering strives to be as user friendly as possible. Our shipments take no later than 24 hours to process and depending on location expect 2-5 days for delivery via UPS. If you are a merchant of CPC and need something overnighted please call (415) 462-8335 x.7350 and tell our shipping department you need your merchandise overnighted. There may be additional fees as a result and our Shipping Consultant will inform you. We apologize, but we can only process such a request for current merchants of CPC. CPC will accept returns on defective merchandise. Simply call (415) 462-8335 x.7351 and request a return. We require the cardholder to submit the request and upon receiving the merchandise(we will issue you an RA through UPS) we will credit your account. Having your order number will be helpful when calling us about a shipment or return.
