Central Payment Corp (CPC) forms partnership with POSX to offer our

bank sponsorship. CPC is proud to be a registered ISO/MSP of Wells Fargo Bank.
May 24, 2007:
Central Payment Corp to purchase a large quantity of the Way
Systems Wireless Terminals. Only four inches long, this wireless terminal
is one of the smallest terminals in the market place.
March 16, 2007:
Central Payment Corp enters into three year agreement with
Northern Leasing Systems. "We are honored to have formed a multi-year
partnership with a clear leader in the merchant acquiring bankcard arena,"
states Richie Hahn, Executive VP of Northern.
November 27, 2006:
CPC becomes one of the largest corporate sponsors
for a non-profit organization called Sunny Hills Services.
Chief Executive Office of Sunny Hills Services states, "Central Payment

October 5, 2006:
CPC announces a plan to enter the contactless payments arena.
Our contactless reader of choice is the ViVOtech ViVOpay 4000. Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, AMEX and most manufactures support this new evolution
and Central Payment Account Executives will be well equipped to properly
handle interested merchants.
September 18, 2006:
CPC signs a twelve month contract with Chris
Widener, President of Made For Success to host training, motivational and
inspirational conference calls. We are very excited to add Chris Widener to
our sales team.
June 15, 2006:
CPC announces a new alliance with Business Financial Services (BFS) to provide a Cash Advance Funding Program to new merchants. Through this alliance, our Account Executives will be able to assist new merchants to receive between $5,000 to $150,000 advanced to the business.
April 18, 2006:
CPC announces the Retail Trinity Program to all
existing merchants and Account Executives. Eric Wernicke, Vice President of Payjunction, comments

CPC has chosen GETI's Check / Gift Loyalty solutions for their partners and merchants. Integrating Global eTelecom's customized technology into Central Payment Corporation existing programs will enable merchants to accept and process Checks / Gift & Loyalty Cards electronically, thus adding increased value and efficiencies.
