Solution
Firstly, be sure that your terminal has been
batched
.
Next, verify that your batch report indicates that the batch was successfully transmitted.
If you have a successful batch report then allow 2-3 business days for Visa/MasterCard deposits and 3-5 business days for American Express and Discover deposits.
If you still do not see any deposits then call our support line at 1.800.554.2777 to verify the following:
-The banking information we have on file for your business.
-That the batch has not been held for assessment by our Risk Department.
-That the batch has not rejected due to a system error.
*Note - deposits and fee withdrawals made by CPC should appear on your bank statement with the label: BANKCARD MTOT DISC <
1st 15 digits of your merchant id number
